That involved to run the flue from the new boiler position to the old outlet running over a window and to do that with the minimum visual impact. He also helped with a last minute emergency when we realized the boiler I selected was not going to fit and he managed to have a new one delivered next day in time to finish the job. Amar has an excellent communication style and he also helped with many questions I raised before and after the work and he has been always kind and informative.

“I was very lucky to find Amar on here. The plumbers who installed my Megaflo 17 years ago, made so many mistakes, that unbeknown to me, it was actually dangerous, the three plumbers who quoted for the job all said it was the worst installation they had seen, valves missing, no drain, plastic caps where there shouldn’t be any, Megaflo sitting on a wooden shelf instead of on the ground, and many other problems. The job was to remove the existing Megaflo and install a new Megaflo and pump. Amar’s quotation was sensible and competitive. I liked and trusted him as soon as I met him. He and his colleague did a fantastic job. Perhaps most importantly they spotted that the company that installed my new boiler 3 years ago hadn’t installed a red expansion vessel, which they found extraordinary. He advised me to call them, get them out to install one free of charge and get them to provide a free boiler service as a result of the mistake they had made, which could have led to a very dangerous explosion.
He was right the company, nervous about the implications should I report them, came out and installed the expansion vessel, but only to the required specification because Amar was there.
